September National Problem Gambling Helpline Modernization Forum

The National Council on Problem Gambling (NCPG) will host a forum on September 11, 2025 to provide updates on the National Problem Gambling Helpline Modernization Project and gather feedback from key stakeholders. This forum will offer a comprehensive overview of the project’s progress, highlighting successes, addressing challenges, and outlining the next steps.

Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions, share experiences, and provide suggestions to help shape the next phase of the helpline’s modernization, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of individuals and communities impacted by gambling harm, while also supporting the efforts of engaged partners.

30-Hour Basic Training for Problem Gambling, Day 1

This evidence-based basic training is designed to help counselors, peer support specialists, and others build an understanding of gambling disorder. Included in the training: 4 days of training, slides and reference lists, resources and workbook for counselors, 12 consultation sessions, and an exam prep class

This listing is for Day 1 only. The 4 days of training will be October 17 and 24, and November 14 and 21.
