The NORC Diagnostic Screen for Gambling Problems-Self-Administered (NODS-SA) is a self-assessment designed to help you decide whether you should modify or seek help for your gambling behavior. The NODS-SA is validated for use in the general population. It is not intended to be used as a diagnostic tool for gambling disorder.
The Emerging Adult Gambling Screen Short Form (EAGS-4) is a brief, four-item measure of gambling-related harm among emerging adults (aged 18-24). The screen has been validated for adults ages 18-24, but may be helpful to screen other individuals engaged in emerging forms of gambling as well. It is not intended to be used as a diagnostic tool for gambling disorder.
