Your call is automatically routed based on your area code to a contact center for your state. A compassionate helpline specialist will answer and invite you to share a little about yourself and how you’re feeling. For example, they may ask, “Is there one type of gambling you’re worried about?” Or, “How has gambling been impacting your life?”

Providing these answers is optional, but can help connect you with the ideal local support. Remember, everything you share is confidential.
