Self exclusion: building a better system

Studies continue to demonstrate the effectiveness of self-exclusion, however, there remains ample room for improvement. Managed re-entry programs remain a topic of discussion and need further study.  There appears to be consensus that cooperation among jurisdictions is a laudable idea and some progress is being made.  Third-party exclusion is being examined and/or used in some jurisdictions and is worthy of further study.  Improvements in the administration of the programs and measurement tools remains a priority.  This panel will discuss all aspects of self-exclusion and present an outline for the NCPG Responsible Gaming Committee’s upcoming White Paper.
