This is the premier educational and networking event for problem gambling and responsible gambling professionals in the country, as well as members of the prevention and recovery communities.
For the first time ever, NCPG is splitting the conference into two distinct parts.
Digital Symposium: Monday through Thursday, July 20-23, 2020 (afternoons)
The Main Conference moves to November and will offer education and training on sports betting, internet gambling and iLottery, which are becoming increasingly important and expanding across the US quickly due to the pandemic. NEW Master Classes take place afterward (an optional add-on) – a full afternoon to work on special topics with nationally-known experts in small groups.
Sessions will also offer specific information for counselors, government, and gaming operators in DC, Maryland and Virginia to help address the March 2020 launch of sports betting in DC and the November 2020 referendums on sports betting in Maryland and Virginia.
The conference will also provide its customary broad education in problem gambling treatment, prevention, community and recovery; veterans and active military issues in gambling; Native American tribal gaming; and responsible gambling. Complete information and schedules for the updated events will be released shortly.
Registration fees range from $89 for a one-day Digital Symposium pass to $654 for both parts of the November sessions.
NCPG Members can save $130 or more on the November package; membership costs only $80 and must be completed separately first.
In this tumultuous year, NCPG is proud to present this opportunity for professional development, networking and some capital ideas to use in these times of accelerating change.
