The National Council on Problem Gambling (NCPG) is pleased to welcome the Global Lottery Monitoring System (GLMS) as a Silver Member. GLMS aims at preventing, detecting, and analyzing irregular and suspicious sport betting activities that could question the integrity of a sport competition.

“I am proud and honoured to welcome the prominent GLMS to NCPG,” said Keith Whyte, Executive Director of NCPG. “GLMS is a valuable member which, due to their expertise on all sports betting-related matters, will strengthen the NCPG Safer Sports Betting Initiative to help achieve the highest standards of responsible gaming and sports betting integrity both in the United States and globally.”

“I am delighted that GLMS is now a member of the NCPG as I always felt that the two organisations share the same core values when it comes to social responsibility, ethics, and integrity,” said Ludovico Calvi, GLMS President. “We are looking forward to closely working with the NCPG, and to also joining forces with the objective of disseminating a culture of integrity among key private and public stakeholders in the U.S., including all major sport leagues and licensed U.S. gaming operators.”

Come learn more about GLMS and meet the newest Silver Member at the 33rd National Conference on Gambling Addiction & Responsible Gambling on July 18, 2019 in Denver, CO. GLMS President, Ludovico Calvi, is presenting at the NCPG Regulators Roundtable ‘Match Fixing & Integrity: What is the best role for gambling regulators?’ along with Matthew Holt of US Integrity, Martin Lycka of GVC, Andy Cunningham of Sportradar.
