Portland, OR — The National Council on Problem Gambling congratulates the 2017 Awards winners. The awards were presented Friday, July 21 at the 31st National Conference on Problem Gambling. NCPG Executive Director Keith Whyte stated: “I am pleased to recognize the outstanding work of all the nominees and especially the recipients.
