Serving on the NCPG Board of Directors is an opportunity to join other dedicated individuals in becoming a driving force behind the success of the National Council’s mission. The Board’s leadership and expertise help build NCPG membership, guide policies, implement strategies and achieve organizational goals. Board members use their contacts in the field as well as the entire scope of their skills and experience to serve all NCPG in addressing responsible gambling and problem gambling issues.

As an NCPG Member, you have the privilege and responsibility to vote on members of the NCPG Board of Directors. The Directors elected this year will serve a 3-year term from 2021-2024. NCPG relies on the active and ongoing participation of its members, both in voting and in serving on the Board, to remain a vibrant national advocate for everyone affected by problem gambling.

For this year’s ballot, you may vote for one (1) candidate in the Individual category, and one (1) candidate in the Organization category, and up to three (3) candidates in the Affiliate category. Thus each member may vote for a total of 5 candidates. It should only take a minute to complete the online voting process.

Review the list below to see the candidates in each category. Click a candidate’s name for more information about each candidate and their responses to the candidates’ nomination questionnaire. The candidates are:

Individual Members

Organizational Members

Affiliates Members

To hear from each candidate personally, please attend our Town Hall Webinar with Board Candidates on Tuesday, April 27, at 1pm EDT. Free for members of course! Register here.

The NCPG online voting process will require you to enter some identifying information. All votes gathered during the online process will be reported anonymously.

Only current NCPG Members are eligible to vote, and your membership status will be verified in order to certify your vote.

Voting will remain open until Tuesday, May 11, 2021 at 5:00 pm EDT.

The newly elected members of the NCPG Board of Directors will be announced at the Annual NCPG Members Meeting, tentatively scheduled for mid to late July 2021.

Thank you for being involved in the National Council on Problem Gambling. We are strong because of our Members and our Affiliates. Members serving on the Board play an integral role in the overall effectiveness and professionalism of the Council. We appreciate your work!
