ever-changing field of gambling-related harm\, highlighting emerging tren
ds and best practices. Participants will explore emotional intelligence\,
universal behaviors and the impact they have on the workplace/recovery. Pr
esentations will focus on the continuum of care including prevention\, tre
atment\, and recovery for gambling related harm & Gambling Disorder. We wi
ll explore considerations for designing programs to continue to reduce bar
riers\, create connections and encourage change.
\nAttendees will le
arn innovative clinical interventions and prevention strategies to apply w
hen working with at risk or vulnerable populations including youth/young a
dults\, women\, individuals in the criminal justice system\, LGBTQ+\, vete
rans and those in the military.
\nWe will hear stories of hope\, str
ength and recovery from those with lived experience from gambling related
harm as well as develop an understanding of how self-help groups work to b
ring people together through meetings such as Gambler’s Anonymous and Gam-
Anon.
\nRegistration to the conference also includes: breakfast\, lu

es and cognitive distortions and incorporation of these realities into a c
linical process. -Identify\, explain\, compare and contrast gambling disor
der treatment issues\, techniques\, phenomenon and utilization in clinical
practice settings. -Identify\, explain\, discuss and provide multiple sel
f-help and recovery related support groups and other resources to compare
and contrast different resources that can provide ongoing support for clie
nts in support of change and recovery processes for problem gambling and g
ambling disorder. *Must provide proof of Session 1 completion.

o will cover a wide-range of issues pertaining to problem gambling. This y
ear we’re trying a free hybrid model. As much as we wish we all could meet

we prepare for the impact of legal sports betting and beyond. The confere
nce will consist of a two-day virtual pre-conference on February 7
& 9 and a two-day in-person conference on February 23 &
24 at Nationwide Hotel & Conference Center in Lewis Center\, Ohio

will focus on bridging the gaps in Ohio’s service system. The first day o
f the main conference will allow attendees to apply learned skills in a co

panelists from across the field to prepare for sports betting’s impact on
